I came back to the train station after work today to this. I don’t think I’ve ever got bombed this bad.
There was nothing when I left Kristin there. Either it’s bird flu season already and they all have diarrhea, or the damn birds knew I restocked on spray wax and have to use it.
There... much better.

Thank fully the wax acts as a sacrificial layer protecting the car, while also making it easier to remove the bird bombs.
Worse things happen at train stations. Atmospheric fallout can leave ferrous metal particles on the vehicle from passing trains, etc...

The JetSeal I put on before the season started held up pretty well, actually. I guess because I mostly keep my car indoors. It lost beading but the surface still felt smooth and slick, and most of the bombs rinsed right off.

I’m gonna need to learn how to wax my car. October is the month the rest of the car gets repainted.
